The excellent location for the price, really close to tube and bus stops. Exceptionally attentive staff especially the receptionist who was super friendly, and everything modern. High-class units with breakfast included.

It was fairly clean, stuff was incredibly attentive. The room was newly renovated for in charm, and the breakfast was perfect. The location was magnificent and absolutely perfect: a shopping centre and a market where within walking distance. There was The Distillers, located nearby, where we relaxed.

I would stay there again thanks to central location. Unique and clean place to stay in, it has incredibly attentive staff that badly need support and training in basic levels of service. The rooms are comfortable quiet and they have a lounge, a kettle and a heating system.

I had such a fantastic stay at this luxurious boutique hotel! The location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was right by the Hammersmith Underground station. The staff here were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. They were always on hand to explain everything and deliver excellent customer service. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The free Wi-Fi in the room was a great bonus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my trip.
